Niigata Prefectural Toyanogata Park is a prefectural park that spreads out around the naturally rich Toyanogata Lagoon. It is divided into two areas: the Meike Area, where the Prefectural Library and Natural Science Museum are located, and the Shumoku Area, adjacent to the Niigata City Industrial Promotion Center.
